Role Overview You will lead market-level marketing strategy for ABFinance, owning brand positioning, growth strategy, and high-impact campaigns. This role requires strategic leadership, partnership management, and deep market expertise, with responsibility for scaling our presence across the region. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, accelerate user acquisition, and drive market penetration in US. Act as the primary marketing partner to cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Community, Compliance), ensuring initiatives fully align with local user behavior, regulatory requirements, and business priorities. Own high-level relationships with key US media outlets, major KOLs, and strategic partners to maximize Byore’s presence across digital and offline channels. Drive planning and execution of flagship regional campaigns—including multi-city offline events—while guiding creative direction and resourcing. Oversee campaign analytics, acquisition metrics, and ROI evaluation, using insights to shape future strategy and budget allocation. Serve as a local market expert, monitoring crypto trends, competitor movements, and regulatory shifts (e.g., AMF changes) to proactively adjust marketing strategy. Provide mentorship or leadership to junior marketers or external vendors/agencies. Requirements 7–8 years of experience in regional or digital marketing, with a strong track record of leading campaigns, partnerships, and brand growth. Deep expertise in the US crypto ecosystem, user psychology, and media/content landscape. Strong experience managing high-value relationships with English-speaking KOLs, communities, and affiliates in Web3 or fintech. Skilled in CRM, analytics, growth tools, and managing multi-channel marketing across social, digital, and offline environments. Strategic thinker with strong leadership, project management, and budgeting abilities. Able to operate autonomously, make data-driven decisions, and manage complex campaign pipelines.
