Moledao Talent Acquisition Intern (Web3)

Moledao is building the talent infrastructure for Web3. We identify and empower undiscovered talent, connect them with real work, and help them become builders. Through a Web3-native LinkedIn, we aim to unlock human creativity, enable meaningful work, and move toward a more open, merit-based world. Role Support Moledao’s talent pipeline and hiring efforts across the Web3 ecosystem, focusing on sourcing, screening, and converting high-potential talent. Responsibilities Source candidates from X, LinkedIn, Discord, GitHub, and other Web3 channels Build and maintain a structured talent database Screen candidates and coordinate interviews Track pipeline and ensure hiring progress Identify high-potential community members and convert them into contributors or hires Support partner hiring needs and talent matching Requirements Strong interest in recruiting, talent, or people operations Clear communication and strong execution High ownership and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Plus: Interest in Web3 / crypto Experience in recruitment, community, or campus programs What You’ll Gain Exposure to global Web3 talent and hiring decisions Clear understanding of what defines high-quality talent Opportunity to grow into TA / HRBP / talent strategy roles
