About the Role We are seeking a Platform Risk Lead to design and manage risk control platforms that support business strategy, algorithms, and operations. The role involves coordinating with business and technical teams to continuously enhance risk mitigation mechanisms across areas such as marketing fraud, account security, funds protection, on-chain analytics, and channel fraud prevention. Job Description / Responsibilities Lead the design and planning of business risk control platform products, iterating continuously to ensure project delivery while supporting risk strategies, algorithms, and operational business needs. Coordinate and communicate with business teams, mobilize development and other resources, and drive continuous improvement of risk control mechanisms. Participate in risk reviews, identify potential risks in business products based on company risk management requirements, and propose risk mitigation strategies. Risk coverage includes, but is not limited to: marketing fraud prevention, account security, fund security, on-chain tracing analysis, and channel fraud prevention. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; 7+ years of experience in risk management or security products; experience delivering 0-1 large-scale projects is a plus. Strong project management and execution skills; strong logical thinking with the ability to analyze and optimize business processes; capable of writing product requirement documents and creating prototypes. Familiarity with common fraud techniques and mitigation methods, with the ability to elevate business risk awareness and controls. Independent thinking in areas such as marketing fraud, account security, financial risk management, anti-money laundering compliance, and traffic/fraud control is preferred.
