Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to lead and scale our IT and strategic sourcing capabilities. This role will own end-to-end procurement strategy across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services, ensuring optimal cost, performance, and risk outcomes. You will act as a key partner to Engineering, Security, Finance, and Legal, driving vendor strategy, contract negotiations, and procurement governance in a fast-scaling fintech environment. Key Responsibilities Own and lead IT procurement strategy, including infra, cloud, network, cybersecurity, and managed services Drive end-to-end strategic sourcing: vendor identification, benchmarking, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding Act as the commercial and procurement lead in cross-functional decisions involving IT and security investments Evaluate vendor proposals, SLA structures, and pricing models; ensure alignment with business, technical, and compliance requirements Lead complex contract negotiations to achieve optimal cost, flexibility, and risk mitigation Build and manage long-term vendor relationships, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement Develop and implement procurement frameworks, policies, and governance for a growing organization Partner with Finance and leadership to drive cost optimization, budgeting, and spend visibility Establish and track procurement KPIs (cost savings, vendor performance, SLA adherence, risk exposure) Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and scalability as the company grows Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and internal controls across procurement activities Requirements 5–10+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with strong exposure to IT, cloud, or infrastructure categories Proven ability to lead end-to-end vendor sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiation Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), managed services, and cybersecurity vendors Experience partnering with Engineering, Security, and Finance to drive commercial and technical decisions Strong negotiation, cost optimization, and vendor management skills Hands-on operator with the ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities Experience in fintech, technology, or high-growth startups is a strong plus
