Product Intern (Web3) – Moledao

About Moledao Moledao is building the talent infrastructure for Web3. We identify and empower undiscovered talent, connect them with real work, and help them become builders. Through a Web3-native LinkedIn, we aim to unlock human creativity, enable meaningful work, and move toward a more open, merit-based world. Responsibility Product & User Understanding Talk to users (students, builders, contributors) to understand real needs Identify pain points in Web3 career discovery and collaboration Translate insights into product ideas Product Design & Execution Support feature design (user flows, product structure) Work with design / engineering to ship features Help prioritize what to build (and what not to build) Growth & Experimentation Test hypotheses (e.g. onboarding, matching, engagement) Analyze user behavior and suggest improvements Support early-stage product growth What We’re Looking For We care more about how you think and build, not just your background. Must-have Strong curiosity about Web3 / AI / tech Ability to think in first principles Good communication and structured thinking Willingness to take ownership and move fast Nice-to-have Previous experience in product / startup / community Basic understanding of Web3 ecosystem Experience with tools like Figma / Notion / data analysis What You’ll Gain Work on a 0 → 1 product in Web3 Exposure to real builders, founders, and ecosystem players Hands-on experience in product thinking, not just execution Opportunity to grow into a full-time product role
