About the Role Lead DeBox’s derivatives and prediction market products to build a socialized trading ecosystem Responsibilities • Define product strategy and own key metrics such as trading volume, user activity, and retention • Design core mechanisms including leverage, margin, odds models, and incentive systems • Build comprehensive risk control systems • Track competitors and regulatory trends; drive product iteration through data • Coordinate cross-functional teams for global rollout Requirements • 3+ years of experience in Web3 derivatives or fintech products • Deep expertise in derivatives and prediction market design • Familiar with blockchain technology; able to independently deliver PRDs • Strong execution and cross-team leadership skills • Fluent English preferred What You’ll Get • Work at the forefront of Web3 innovation • Flexible working style with an open culture
