About ABFinance ABFinance is a US-based firm building digital finance for the future. Our vision is to create a full financial ecosystem where digital assets, traditional finance, and everyday money management live in one seamless experience that is made available to everyone. Founded by a team of innovators, traders, and compliance professionals, our mission is to bring digital assets to the mainstream through secure, regulated products. Our flagship ecosystem combines a compliant, security-first crypto exchange serving both retail and institutional clients, alongside a Debit Card that enables everyday spending and smooth bridging between fiat and digital assets, supported by core capabilities such as spot trading and yield generation products. Job Responsibilities: Participate in requirement and design reviews; clarify scope, acceptance criteria, and risk areas; challenge assumptions and propose quality mitigations. Design test strategy and plans based on business risk and architecture, with clear validation points across UI/API/DB/logs/metrics as applicable. Own end-to-end test execution and release readiness: test data preparation, integration and regression testing, defect triage/RCA, go/no-go input, and post-release verification. Coordinate and execute UAT; prepare test evidence, track sign-off, and ensure acceptance criteria are met before release. Build and maintain automation within a shared framework: reusable components, async verification utilities, and CI/CD quality gates. Collaborate across distributed time zones; communicate status, risks, and blockers proactively; drive issues to closure with strong ownership. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience. Solid testing fundamentals: test design, risk-based thinking, defect lifecycle, and RCA mindset. Proficient in at least one language (e.g., Python/Java/Go/TypeScript); able to write maintainable automation code with good abstraction thinking. Hands-on experience in API testing and backend validation (SQL/data integrity); familiar with CI/CD pipelines and modern QA toolchains. Able to understand and test complex distributed/async systems (message queues, events, caching). Strong ownership and self-drive in a remote, async-first environment. Nice to Have: Experience in fintech/crypto/trading/wallet/payment/ledger or other regulated, high-correctness domains. Experience with performance testing or observability tools (e.g., k6, ELK, Prometheus/Grafana). Experience designing or extending shared automation frameworks (reusable libraries, data factory, async verification patterns).
