Risk Control Engineer

Responsibilities Own the design, development, and continuous iteration of the US risk-control backend platform, building a stable and scalable risk technology architecture; Design and implement risk rule execution, strategy onboarding/integration, and decision orchestration capabilities to support core business scenarios such as wallet, funds/money movement, and trading; Build and maintain risk-related data ingestion and processing capabilities, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and traceability of key risk data; Continuously improve the stability, scalability, and engineering quality of the risk platform to support the long-term growth of the US business. Requirements 7+ years of backend system development experience, with proven 0→1 experience building complex business systems or platform-type systems; Proficient in Golang; familiar with microservices architecture, high-concurrency and distributed system design; Hands-on experience with foundational components such as MySQL / Redis / TiDB / Kafka, with solid distributed-systems engineering practice; Strong system design skills and risk-platform architecture mindset; able to break down complex problems from an end-to-end perspective and drive execution; Experience in crypto exchanges, funds/money movement systems, Web3, or on-chain systems is a plus. Nice to Have Java development experience, or experience collaborating in a multi-language tech stack; Real-time or batch data processing experience (Kafka / Flink / Hive / Spark / Doris, etc.); Experience building risk platforms, rule engines, or strategy/policy execution engines; Experience with deposit/withdrawal flows, on-chain transactions, or funds-risk scenarios.
