Senior Business Development Manager (Web3)

Responsibilities • Develop blockchain projects, Web3 ecosystem partners, and key clients; analyze tokenomics and identify partnership opportunities • Drive integration of the Shares revenue-sharing protocol • Manage 8–15 key projects with a dedicated support model, building long-term partnerships Requirements • 3+ years of business development experience in blockchain with a strong industry network • Deep understanding of Web3 tokenomics, revenue-sharing models, and trading growth strategies • Ability to manage the full BD lifecycle (lead generation → negotiation → execution) • Results-driven, resilient under pressure, with strong ownership and execution Compensation & Benefits • Competitive commission + trading revenue share • Clear career progression + team incentives
