Our flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange where we build trading tools for both retail and institutional clients - such as spot trading, yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security. Role Overview This role sits within the Asset Operations team and is responsible for the full lifecycle management and operational strategy of digital assets on the platform — including asset onboarding, post-listing operations, liquidity and risk monitoring, yield optimization, and value management. Through close collaboration with Wallet, Security, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and other teams, this role ensures asset safety, sustainable returns, and continuous ecosystem exposure. Key Responsibilities 1. Asset Onboarding & Maintenance Lead onboarding evaluation, testing, and listing of new tokens and chains, including mainnet deployment, parameter configuration, fee adjustments, and transaction flow validation Continuously monitor asset performance and coordinate with Wallet, Security, and Finance teams to ensure operational stability, liquidity sufficiency, and secure fund flows 2. Post-Listing Asset Operations Manage post-listing lifecycle activities such as contract upgrades, token rebranding, asset repricing, and announcement coordination Track ecosystem developments (mainnet upgrades, contract migrations, etc.) and assess potential platform impact, proposing mitigation strategies 3. Risk Events & Incident Response Monitor and respond to asset-related risks, including chain disruptions, abnormal price movements, contract issues, or liquidity gaps Coordinate cross-functional response with Wallet, Security, and Finance teams to implement containment and loss-mitigation measures Lead post-incident reviews and improve asset operations SOPs and emergency workflows 4. Process Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration Design and optimize SOPs for asset onboarding, maintenance, upgrades, and risk handling to improve operational efficiency Partner with Wallet, Security, Finance, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure timely execution and delivery Provide regular reporting on asset performance metrics and operational progress Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Blockchain, or related fields preferred Minimum 2+ years of experience in crypto asset operations or project management; familiarity with major public chains, stablecoins, and emerging sectors such as RWA Deep understanding of crypto user behavior, asset value mechanics, and ecosystem dynamics Knowledge of digital asset regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze trading volume, AUM, yield metrics, and produce structured reports Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution capability across technical, security, and finance teams Fluent in both English, capable of professional communication with global partners High resilience, strong problem-solving skills, and long-term passion for the digital asset industry
