Senior Spot Product Manager

Our flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange where we build trading tools for both retail and institutional clients - such as spot trading, yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security. Job Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on trading patterns in the financial industry to understand design concepts, risk control mechanisms, and market potential, and design competitive financial products accordingly. Manage the end-to-end financial product development process, including product screening, project proposals, product design (including risk control), and product promotion. Coordinate resources across departments to ensure rapid and efficient development and launch of financial products, and support operations and marketing teams in product promotion. Propose and implement optimization plans for existing financial products to meet specific business goals. Requirements Prior experience of 5+ years in blockchain trading platform product design and risk control, including unified trading account architecture, is preferred. Strong systematic and strategic thinking, capable of planning from a macro perspective. Practical industry experience, able to identify core problems and solutions in complex scenarios and drive business implementation. Deep passion for the industry, high awareness of market trends, and the ability to provide insightful analysis on emerging developments.
