Our flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange where we build trading tools for both retail and institutional clients - such as spot trading, yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security. As the start-up team of ABF, this position will offer above-market total compensation including an attractive equity package. We are looking for a high-impact Sales & Marketing Specialist (VIP Focus) to join ABFinance, responsible for driving VIP client growth, engagement, and retention. This role combines relationship management, revenue ownership, and market-facing execution, serving as a key bridge between VIP clients and the platform. Responsibilities Own and manage relationships with VIP clients, including high-frequency traders, HNW individuals, and institutional clients Drive VIP client acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation, with clear ownership of trading volume and revenue contribution Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring high-quality support and timely resolution of issues Identify client needs and trading behavior, and proactively design engagement strategies to increase activity and loyalty Execute targeted sales and marketing initiatives for VIP segments, including campaigns, outreach, and personalized engagement plans Gather in-depth client feedback and market insights, and translate them into actionable inputs for product, trading, and operations teams Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to improve user experience and optimize conversion and retention funnels Build and maintain a strong network within the crypto trading ecosystem to source and onboard new VIP clients Qualifications 3–6 years of relevant experience in VIP relationship management, sales, or client-facing roles within trading platforms, brokerages, or financial institutions Strong understanding of trading products, market dynamics, and client behavior in crypto or financial markets Demonstrated ability to drive client growth, retention, and revenue Experience in executing targeted campaigns or growth initiatives is a plus Existing network of high-value crypto traders or institutional clients is highly preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong execution capabilities Strong familiarity with English-speaking client segments and global communication standards
