Senior Wallet Product & Operation Manager

Our flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange where we build trading tools for both retail and institutional clients - such as spot trading, yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver comprehensive wallet solutions aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements. Continuously optimize the wallet product experience through iterative improvements and daily internal collaboration. Diagnose and resolve wallet-related issues by coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Build and maintain operational tooling, including data analytics dashboards, backend operations tools, and monitoring and alerting systems. Conduct operational performance analysis, including daily and weekly reporting, as well as ad hoc data analysis. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement robust security measures to safeguard digital assets and user data. Support rapid integration of new assets and blockchain networks. Demonstrate deep expertise in hot and cold wallet infrastructure, including wallet rebalancing and wallet management. Maintain strong expertise in wallet security and on-chain transaction performance. Key Requirements 5–10 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience managing digital asset operations, including custody, transaction processing, and security controls. Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks governing cryptocurrencies and digital assets. Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and Web3 products. In-depth knowledge of wallet technologies, including MPC, HSM, HD wallets, and related architectures. Strong logical thinking, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and a fast learner. High sense of responsibility, strong ownership mindset, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
