About The Opportunity The Project/Program Manager in the Global CEO Office will be a pivotal role in driving OKX’s top-priority projects and programs. This position focuses on enhancing tech stability, operational efficiency, and overall revenue growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, capable of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Project Management: Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional projects that are critical to the company’s strategic priorities. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies. Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with multiple teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Program Development and Execution: Design and execute programs that drive technical stability, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Continuously monitor program performance, implementing improvements and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of programs. Tech Stability and Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement best practices for technical stability and operational excellence. Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Drive the adoption of technology solutions that enhance system reliability and scalability. Revenue Growth Initiatives: Work closely with business development, marketing, and product teams to identify and execute initiatives that drive revenue growth. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions and program development. Lead the implementation of new revenue-generating products and services, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CEO Office and various departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project and program status, risks, and outcomes. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and project success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Industry experience candidate preferred. 3+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably within the technology or financial services industry. Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of technical operations, with experience driving tech stability and operational efficiency initiatives. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus. Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or financial markets is advantageous.
