Description You will shape and execute a global event strategy focused on fintech, enterprise, and payments audiences. You will own planning and delivery of owned and third-party events, executive roundtables, partner activations, and internal events. You will manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, vendors, and contracts, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and measure event effectiveness through post-event reporting and insights. You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver high-touch executive engagements and ensure events align with go-to-market objectives. Requirements 5–8 years of experience in event management or field marketing with ownership of large-scale, global events Proven experience planning and executing events for enterprise, fintech, payments, or institutional audiences Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets, vendors, and multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working closely with senior leaders and executive teams Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience working in web3, blockchain, or emerging technology environments (preferred) Familiarity with global third-party conference ecosystems and executive-level event formats (preferred) Experience supporting go-to-market or brand-led event strategies in high-growth organizations (preferred) Responsibilities Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the global event portfolio including flagship owned events, third-party conferences, executive roundtables, partner activations, and internal events Develop and manage detailed event project plans, timelines, budgets, and operational workflows to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Lead vendor and agency management including contract oversight, negotiations, and performance management Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Product, and Business Development to align events with brand and go-to-market objectives Partner with executives to plan and execute high-touch speaking opportunities, private meetings, and institutional-facing events Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders Measure event effectiveness through post-event reporting, insights, and recommendations Benefits Remote first global workforce Industry leading Medical, Dental and Vision health insurance Company matching 401k with 3% match $1,500 Home Office Set Up Allowance (life-time max) $75 Monthly internet or phone reimbursement Flexible Time Off Company issued laptop Egg freezing, mental health, and employee wellness benefits
