Description You will lead and grow a team of Technical Operations engineers, set quarterly goals, and deliver infrastructure projects on time. You will run SEV-0/1 incident response, coordinate stakeholder communications, own SLOs/SLAs, reduce toil through automation, and align cross-functionally to resolve issues rapidly. Requirements 3+ years (M3) or 5+ years (M4) managing SRE/DevOps/TechOps teams Hands-on experience with Linux and Kubernetes Experience with cloud providers: AWS, GCP, OCI, or Azure Experience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog Proven incident command experience leading SEV-0/1 responses and writing RCAs Experience owning SLOs/SLAs, on-call scheduling, and workload distribution Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Security, and Support Strong communication skills for engineers, executives, and customers Responsibilities Set quarterly goals and run sprints to deliver infrastructure projects and upgrades Maintain SLAs and SLOs and drive platform reliability to 99.99%+ Coordinate and lead SEV-0/1 incident responses, stakeholder communications, and post-mortems Hire, mentor, run performance reviews, and grow Technical Operations engineers Champion automation initiatives to reduce toil and increase engineer leverage Align with Product, Engineering, Security, and Support to prioritize and resolve issues Benefits Quarterly bonus eligibility Remote-first work (async culture, follow-the-sun coverage) Competitive benefits package in all locations
