Director of Risk,Compliance, Strategy &Operations
Description You will design and implement a company-wide risk management framework covering operational, regulatory, financial, liquidity, cyber, and reputational risks. You will maintain the risk register, conduct risk assessments, and lead quarterly risk reviews with executive leadership and the Board. You will oversee internal controls, segregation of duties, and risk mitigation strategies. You will monitor stablecoin-specific risks including reserve management, counterparty risk, liquidity risk, and smart contract risks. You will lead global compliance strategy across relevant jurisdictions and oversee AML/KYC, sanctions compliance, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting. You will serve as the primary liaison with regulators, auditors, banking partners, and external counsel, develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs, and prepare for and manage regulatory exams and audits.
