Job Description： Work Hours: Flexible schedule, with occasional evening or weekend avallability About the Role： We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Short Video Editor to join our content team. You'll be responsible for editing Web3-related livestreams into engaging short-form videos that resonate with online audiences across platforms like TikTok, Bilibili, and YouTube Shorts. Key Responsibiities： 1. Edit and repurpose Web3 livestream content into high-quality short videos. 2. Identify hot topics and key moments to create attention-grabbing video clips. 3. Optimize editing style and content pacing to enhance viewer engagement. 4. Collaborate closely with the team to deliver projects on time and align with brand tone. Job Requirements： Requirements： 1. Solid understanding of Web3 concepts: blockchain, NFTs, DeFi, crypto assets, etc. 2. Proven experience in short-form video editing, especially livestream slicing. 3. Strong sense of digital trends and ability to identify viral-worthy content. 4. Highly responsible, self-motivated, and adaptable to flexible workflows. 5. Great communication skills and a positive attitude toward feedback. 6. Basic experience with livestream software （e.g.，OBS） is a plus. Nice to Have： 1. Prior experience creating Web3 content （e.g.， running a Web3 social channel or producing related videos）. 2. Skills in creative editing: adding subtitles, effects, music, memes, etc. 3.
