Job Responsibilities Develop and execute market strategies centered on sales growth, directly responsible for sales performance (KPIs), ensuring the achievement of each phase's goals. Coordinate internal teams and external resources to closely integrate marketing activities with sales objectives, forming a performance closed-loop. Plan and implement online (AMAs, live streaming, etc.) and offline (exhibitions, roadshows, industry summits, etc.) promotional activities to effectively drive traffic resulting in actual sales. Optimize marketing strategies through data analysis and customer feedback, increasing customer acquisition and conversion rates. Deeply explore Web3 user needs, design targeted promotions, collaborations, and channel expansion strategies to rapidly grow the customer base and market share. Establish and maintain sales channels and customer relationships, promote signing contracts, repeat purchases, and long-term cooperation to enhance Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Requirements Educational background is generally flexible; bachelor ’ s degree or above preferred, with majors in Marketing, International Business, Communications, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales within the Web3/blockchain industry, with quantifiable results or case studies. Excellent cross-team communication and business negotiation skills, able to independently drive business implementation. Familiar with online and offline marketing channels and sales conversion processes, capable of aligning marketing activities with sales goals. Results-oriented with strong data analysis and KPI management skills, capable of achieving targets under pressure. Proficient in English as a working language; experience in overseas market expansion is a plus. Bonus Points Possession of a mature Web3 sales network and client resources. Experience in sales conversion within niche areas such as DePIN. Skilled in ROI measurement of marketing activities and funnel optimization.
