Responsibilities Plan, produce, edit, package, and publish AI-generated video content. Use AI tools to support copywriting, script generation, storyboard planning, voiceover, image/video generation, material processing, subtitles, and video editing. Operate multiple short-video accounts or content matrices and continuously improve views, engagement, follower growth, and content distribution performance. Optimize video structure, covers, titles, posting time, content format, and distribution strategy based on different platform characteristics. Track platform trends, industry topics, and viral content patterns to continuously improve topic selection and production workflows. Work with the team to build standardized video production processes and improve content output, distribution efficiency, and account operation quality. Regularly review data performance, including views, completion rate, engagement, follower growth, and conversions, and provide optimization suggestions for future content iterations. Explore effective video content formats around AI, trading, Web3, tokenized equities, and equity perpetuals. Requirements Experience in short-video content production, account operations, video editing, or content growth. Familiar with the short-video production process and able to independently execute basic tasks from topic selection to publishing. Able to use AI tools for video generation, creative assistance, voiceover, editing, or material processing; actual output cases are preferred. Familiar with mainstream short-video platform rules and content logic, with strong content sensitivity, trend awareness, and basic visual taste. Strong execution ability, learning ability, and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to produce content frequently and optimize based on performance. Strong interest in AI content production, matrix operations, traffic growth, and account cold start. Responsible and able to quickly adjust content direction and operational strategy based on data feedback. Nice to Have Experience growing accounts from 0 to 1, creating viral content, operating account matrices, or producing content at scale. Experience operating overseas short-video platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms. Familiarity with AI video tools, AI image tools, AI voiceover tools, automated editing tools, or content automation workflows. Experience in Web3, Crypto, trading platforms, AI, FinTech, stocks, U.S. equities, or financial content. Skills in video scripting, editing, visual packaging, or content distribution. Successful account cases, viral video cases, or a portfolio of previous work. Interest in trading, financial markets, tokenized equities, equity perpetuals, and AI trading.
