Responsibilities Manage localized content publishing and daily social media operations in the assigned country or region. Publish content across local mainstream social media platforms based on company requirements and continuously optimize communication performance. Provide suggestions on content expression, topic selection, posting rhythm, and localization strategy based on local user behavior, language environment, cultural context, and trending topics. Monitor content performance data, including impressions, engagement, clicks, and conversions, and provide regular feedback to the team. Track local market trends, platform rule changes, trending topics, and competitor content activities to provide first-hand market insights. Collaborate with content, operations, growth, and marketing teams to ensure localized content aligns with brand standards and business goals. Help summarize local market learnings and support the team in building a more efficient localized content and distribution workflow. Requirements Must be based locally in the target overseas country or region. Familiar with the local language and able to independently understand, optimize, and publish localized content. Familiar with mainstream local social media platforms; prior experience in content publishing, account operations, community operations, or social media growth is preferred. Interested in overseas user growth, content distribution, and social media operations, with a strong sense of online trends. Strong execution ability and able to follow content schedules, provide feedback, and complete daily operational tasks efficiently. Good communication skills and teamwork mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the headquarters team. Interested in Web3, AI, digital asset trading, and global internet products, with a willingness to learn industry knowledge proactively. Nice to Have Local resources or content operation experience in Russia, Korea, Southeast Asia, or other target markets. Experience in Web3, Crypto, trading platforms, AI, FinTech, global expansion, or content marketing. Familiarity with X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, local forums, or other regional mainstream social platforms. Existing resources among KOLs, communities, media, campus networks, trader communities, or local growth channels. Experience independently operating social media accounts, growing communities, or executing regional marketing campaigns. Ability to provide previous content operation, account growth, or campaign performance cases.
