You will be responsible for expanding our presence in the Vietnamese market, building strategic partnerships, and driving user growth and trading volume. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies for the Vietnamese market. Leverage your local network to establish partnerships with KOLs, communities, media, projects, VCs, market makers, and other industry players. Identify, negotiate, and close partnership deals to drive user acquisition and trading volume. Manage and support local affiliates, partners, and community channels. Represent the company at local events, AMAs, meetups, and conferences. Collaborate with marketing, community, product, and compliance teams to support local campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Vietnam. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and report on KPIs and business results. Requirements: Vietnamese native speaker; must be based in Vietnam. 1+ years of business development experience in crypto, Web3, or blockchain. Strong existing resources and network in the Vietnamese crypto/Web3 industry (KOLs, communities, projects, VCs, etc.). Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, trading, wallets, and DeFi. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English. Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work remotely and independently. Proven track record of closing deals and achieving growth targets. Nice to Have: Experience working at a crypto exchange. Existing relationships with high-net-worth traders, market makers, or institutional clients. Experience organizing local crypto events, AMAs, or community campaigns. Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based bonus/commission. Paid in USDT (negotiable). Remote work environment.
