Job Requirements · At least 1 year of experience in English-language social media, overseas community operations, or a related field. · Proficient in English as a working language, with strong oral, written, and communication skills. · Experience in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 industry is required; exchange experience is not mandatory. · Capable of independently planning, organizing, and hosting English AMAs or online events. · Familiar with the operational rules and content formats of overseas platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Instagram. · Proven experience in social media content planning, community growth, user engagement, and event operations. · Self-motivated, with strong execution, sense of responsibility, and ability to handle unexpected issues. · Able to work remotely and accommodate the working hours required for the role.
