Responsibilities Source, screen, evaluate, and advance the listing of cryptocurrency projects globally, with a particular focus on high-quality, high-potential projects and top-tier project opportunities. Build and maintain a comprehensive project database. Continuously monitor market trends, emerging sectors, fundraising activities, project developments, and broader industry dynamics to identify high-quality projects with strong growth potential. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with project teams, funds, investment institutions, launchpads, KOLs, and other industry stakeholders to expand the company’s pipeline of high-quality projects. Conduct comprehensive research and preliminary assessments of prospective projects, including their background, team capabilities, funding history, product development, tokenomics, community size, market performance, and competitive landscape. Manage the complete project listing process, from initial engagement and evaluation to commercial negotiations and final launch. Coordinate with internal product, operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and technical teams to ensure successful execution. Participate in commercial negotiations with project teams, including listing structures, commercial terms, marketing plans, and other partnership conditions, and drive partnerships through to completion. Continuously monitor the development of listed projects, including project operations, market performance, community activity, token performance, and major events, and identify potential risks and opportunities in a timely manner. Establish project rating and screening mechanisms, and continuously optimize the listing portfolio based on market performance, project quality, user demand, and commercial value. Monitor developments across the broader crypto ecosystem and conduct in-depth research into emerging sectors, including DeFi, AI, Layer 1 and Layer 2, RWA, Meme, GameFi, and SocialFi, to identify promising projects at an early stage. Produce regular project research, market analysis, and project recommendation reports to provide professional insights supporting the company’s listing strategy and decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, marketing, computer science, or a related field. At least three years of relevant professional experience in cryptocurrency, crypto exchanges, project teams, investment institutions, VC/PE, or the broader blockchain industry. An extensive network of project and industry contacts, with strong project-sourcing and business development capabilities and the ability to consistently generate high-quality project leads. Strong familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry and the listing processes of major exchanges, with an in-depth understanding of project evaluation, tokenomics, and market operations. Strong project analysis and judgment, with the ability to quickly identify a project’s commercial value, growth potential, and key risks. Excellent commercial negotiation, communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to independently advance project partnerships. Strong awareness of market trends and emerging industry narratives, supported by effective information-gathering, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. A proven track record of successfully facilitating the listing of high-quality projects or access to extensive project resources is preferred. Experience or established connections with leading crypto exchanges, reputable VC firms, project teams, launchpads, or major Web3 ecosystems is preferred. Professional proficiency in English is required. Additional language capabilities and access to international project networks are preferred.
