Responsibility Product & User Understanding Talk to users (students, builders, contributors) to understand real needs Identify pain points in Web3 career discovery and collaboration Translate insights into product ideas Product Design & Execution Support feature design (user flows, product structure) Work with design / engineering to ship features Help prioritize what to build (and what not to build) Growth & Experimentation Test hypotheses (e.g. onboarding, matching, engagement) Analyze user behavior and suggest improvements Support early-stage product growth What We’re Looking For We care more about how you think and build, not just your background.
