About the Role We are looking for a bilingual Management Trainee who is passionate about education and eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and university partnerships. You will work closely with our founder and team to bring industry knowledge to students and support practical learning opportunities across Web3 and AI. Responsibilities Research and map courses, learning resources, and industry topics. Help coordinate online forums, guest lectures, and educational sessions. Engage with universities and student communities to explore partnerships. Support speaker outreach, event preparation, and participant communications. Prepare meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on project progress. Collect feedback to help improve our education programs. Requirements Comfortable communicating in both Mandarin and English, verbally and in writing. Passionate about education and connecting industry knowledge with student learning. Interested in Web3, AI, and career development. Organized, proactive, and able to follow through on commitments. Comfortable collaborating remotely and communicating progress clearly. Students and recent graduates are welcome. Experience in student clubs, events, or community projects is a plus.
