Job Responsibilities Develop and execute personalized live-streaming plans for each KOL, covering schedule, theme, scripts, and growth tactics. Manage and mentor a team of KOL creators;set monthly KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement. Incubate new talent — identify, onboard, and grow grassroots creators from zero to their first follower milestone. Platform expertise — maintain up-to-date knowledge of live streaming algorithms, content policies, and traffic growth mechanics on TikTok, YouTube, X, Instagram, and Telegram. Build operational SOPs for the full content lifecycle: ideation → scripting → live execution→ short-clip repurposing. Leverage guild resourcesand official MCN whitelist programs to unlock platform traffic boosts and monetization features. Collaborate with BD on brand dealsand Web3 project integrations; overseeexecution quality and timeline delivery. Produce weekly / monthly analytics reports covering views, engagement rate, follower growth, and revenue KPIs; iterate strategy based on data. Requirements 3+ years of live-streaming operations or MCN management experience with a proven track record. Hands-on experience managing KOL teams and delivering measurable growth results. Deep understanding of at least 2 major overseas platforms — their algorithms, live-streaming policies, and monetization mechanics. Experience with guild resources, platform official MCN partnerships, or creator fund programs. Demonstrated success in zero-to-one KOL incubation — please bring case studies. Familiarity with Web3, crypto, or DeFi content space, or strong willingness to learn rapidly. Strong data literacy — comfortable extracting insights from dashboards and translating them into action. Excellent communication skills in English; able to manage foreign KOLs and brand partners independently. Preferred Qualifications Background in Web3 / crypto content creation. Prior brand negotiation or sponsorship deal closure experience. Fluent in additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, etc.).
