Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support recruitment activities based on UStar's hiring plans and business needs. Manage job postings, resume screening, candidate communication, and interview scheduling. Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, social media, and other channels. Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews. Follow up on offers, background checks, and onboarding arrangements. Build and maintain a candidate talent pool. Track recruitment progress and prepare regular recruitment reports. 2. Onboarding & Offboarding Manage new employee onboarding procedures and required documentation. Support visa, work permit, insurance, and other employment-related arrangements. Maintain and update employee files and HR records. Support probation confirmation, transfers, promotions, and other HR processes. Coordinate employee offboarding, asset handover, and exit documentation. 3. Employee Relations Provide daily HR support and respond to employee inquiries. Assist with general employee relations matters and workplace concerns. Collect employee feedback and escalate relevant issues to the HR Manager. Support employee engagement, team-building, and company culture activities. Assist with employee benefits and employee care initiatives. 4. HR Operations Maintain employee information and HR system records. Support attendance, leave, payroll, and benefits-related data management. Prepare HR reports and monthly workforce data. Ensure HR documents and employee information are accurate, complete, and confidential. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and workflows. Continuously improve HR processes and operational efficiency. 5. HR Project Support Assist the Manager with recruitment, performance management, training, employee engagement, and other HR projects. Provide HR support to business departments based on their operational needs. Support fast-paced recruitment and organizational development requirements. Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the Manager. Requirements Bachelor ' s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of relevant HR experience. Previous recruitment experience with the ability to independently handle resume screening, candidate communication, and interview coordination. Good understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records. Experience with UAE / Dubai HR operations is a strong advantage. Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and other sourcing channels. Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment. Strong communication, organizational, and execution skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and other common HR tools. Preferred Qualifications HR experience in Web3 / Crypto / FinTech / Live Streaming / MCN industries. Experience working in an international or multicultural organization. Knowledge of UAE employment practices and HR operations. Experience handling employee visas, work permits, and insurance. Strong recruitment network or candidate resources. Experience with HRIS / ATS / Lark or similar HR systems. Additional language skills are a plus.
